In the event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days to start the return/refund process. 

Issues include, wrong length, wig cap size, or color. These are the only instances where a refund will be submitted. Wig/s must be unworn and in its original packaging, although you are able to keep any goodies that come with your order. :)

Refunds

After receiving, inspecting, and approving your return, a refund will be sent to the payment method used for your order. Refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank. You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and sent.
